The consultancy offers organisational development, studies, evaluations according to OECD-standards, strategy workshops and retreats.
2001 – 2010 Member of the Executive Board of the German Institute for Human Rights, the National Human Rights Institution of Germany. Organisation and direction of the Institute, founded in 2001, to a size of 40 plus work places. Participation in Human Rights Dialogues and in dialogue processes of the European Union, the German and the Swiss governments, inter alia with China and Iran.
2002 – 2010 Member of the International Coordinating Committee (ICC) of National Human Rights Institutions. Member of the Bureau of the ICC and the European Coordinating Committee (2006 to 2010). Sub-Committee on Accreditation of the ICC (2009, 2010).
Since 1995 Coaching and consulting for governments, inter-governmental and non-profit-organizations with clients in Vietnam, Pakistan, Algeria, areas under Palestinian Authority, Bolivia, Germany and Switzerland.
1992 – 2001 Secretary General of the the Swiss Section of Amnesty International (AI). Missions for AI in the Middle East.
1993 – 2001 Founder and head of the Swiss Forum Human Rights, an NGO – network for a regular dialogue with the Swiss Foreign Minister on issues of human rights issues.
1995 – 2000 Member of the Standing Committees of the International Executive Committee of AI for Information Management, Finance and Human Ressources.
